activaci\u00f3n de nuestros humedales y del r\u00edo Maull\u00edn, con diversas iniciativas que combinan ciencia, educaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n comunitaria. Desde nuevas campa\u00f1as de monitoreo en Llanquihue y Pargua, hasta espacios de encuentro y reflexi\u00f3n junto a estudiantes y organizaciones locales, noviembre estuvo marcado por aprendizajes, exploraciones y hallazgos que fortalecen nuestra relaci\u00f3n con el territorio. Tambi\u00e9n compartimos avances en investigaci\u00f3n sobre especies clave del r\u00edo y novedades del trabajo que estamos impulsando en la ribera del Maull\u00edn, de cara al futuro parque.<\/p><p calidad de agua en humedales urbanos<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59286d3c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"59286d3c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"807\">Durante noviembre realizamos el monitoreo de calidad de agua correspondiente a la temporada de primavera en los humedales que forman parte de nuestros objetos de conservaci\u00f3n. En Llanquihue se evaluaron seis humedales: El Loto, Baquedano, Teodosio Sarao, Los Helechos, Las Ranas, adem\u00e1s del tramo urbano del r\u00edo Maull\u00edn. Esta misma campa\u00f1a se replic\u00f3 en Pargua, en el Humedal Pargua.<\/p><p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"1184\">Evaluar la calidad del agua nos permite comprender el estado de salud de cada humedal y detectar oportunamente presiones como descargas de contaminantes, exceso de nutrientes o alteraciones en el equilibrio f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmico. Esta informaci\u00f3n es fundamental para orientar acciones de restauraci\u00f3n, priorizar esfuerzos y asegurar la protecci\u00f3n de estos ecosistemas a largo plazo.<\/p><p data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1610\">La campa\u00f1a forma parte de nuestro Plan de Monitoreo de Humedales Urbanos, que busca generar informaci\u00f3n robusta, comparable y sostenida en el tiempo. Durante la jornada se presentaron los resultados del estudio <em data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2088\">Where are the moms: Mapping ovigerous females of S. spinifrons as a baseline for conservation strategies in the Maull\u00edn River<\/em>, financiado por el Fondo de Conservaci\u00f3n de Especies Mohamed bin Zayed y desarrollado junto a Fundaci\u00f3n NIVA Chile Research, la Universidad de Nuevo M\u00e9xico y el Instituto de Fomento Pesquero (IFOP).<\/p><p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2904\">La iniciativa busc\u00f3 comprender las condiciones de h\u00e1bitat necesarias para la supervivencia y reproducci\u00f3n del camar\u00f3n de r\u00edo del sur (<em data-start=\"2423\" data-end=\"2446\">Samastacus spinifrons<\/em>), informaci\u00f3n clave para guiar futuras estrategias de conservaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se abord\u00f3 c\u00f3mo esta nueva evidencia ecol\u00f3gica permite una mejor gesti\u00f3n h\u00eddrica de la cuenca, identificando microh\u00e1bitats cr\u00edticos, variables ambientales relevantes y posibles amenazas. Asimismo, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de avanzar en el conocimiento de la filogenia de la especie para entender su historia evolutiva, distribuci\u00f3n y vulnerabilidad frente a cambios del ecosistema.<\/p><p data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2987\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3df2882c elementor-button-info participaci\u00f3n de centros de estudiantes de las comunas de Calbuco y Llanquihue, lo que permiti\u00f3 reunir a representantes de ocho establecimientos educacionales. Fue un espacio muy enriquecedor, donde las y los estudiantes pudieron compartir experiencias, reflexionar colectivamente y profundizar en la importancia de proteger nuestro entorno natural.<\/p><p data-start=\"3499\" data-end=\"3840\">Dentro del programa realizamos un recorrido interpretativo por los humedales Baquedano y El Loto. En esta ocasi\u00f3n visitamos el Bosque F\u00f3sil de Pelluco, un sitio \u00fanico por su valor ecol\u00f3gico, geol\u00f3gico y patrimonial. Las y los estudiantes pudieron explorar directamente un territorio marcado por procesos naturales que ocurrieron hace miles de a\u00f1os.<\/p><p data-start=\"4303\" data-end=\"4683\">Trabajamos con nuestra Bit\u00e1cora Naturalista, donde registraron observaciones, dibujos, preguntas e hip\u00f3tesis. Durante el recorrido por el borde costero observaron los troncos petrificados caracter\u00edsticos de este Monumento Natural y conversamos sobre el \u201ctiempo profundo\u201d de la naturaleza, las transformaciones del paisaje y las m\u00faltiples huellas que dejan los cambios ambientales.<\/p><p data-start=\"4685\" data-end=\"5069\">Posteriormente, junto a los cursos de 6\u00ba b\u00e1sico, visitamos la red de humedales urbanos de Llanquihue, reforzando la valoraci\u00f3n de estos ecosistemas, su biodiversidad y su rol en el equilibrio ambiental. La experiencia permiti\u00f3 que las y los estudiantes se vincularan de manera directa con su territorio, fortaleciendo su compromiso desde una mirada participativa, cercana y educativa.<\/p><p data-start=\"5103\" data-end=\"5544\">En noviembre vivimos nuestra cuarta sesi\u00f3n del programa Viveros Escolares, una jornada especialmente significativa. Las ni\u00f1as y los ni\u00f1os llegaron entusiasmados, ya que esta vez pudieron reconocer varias de las especies observadas previamente durante la excursi\u00f3n a bosque-humedal. Conversamos sobre sus caracter\u00edsticas, ciclos de vida y la importancia que cada una tiene dentro del ecosistema, enfatizando que todas cumplen un rol esencial.<\/p><p data-start=\"5546\" data-end=\"6009\">Preparamos en conjunto un sustrato especial para asegurar un buen crecimiento, ense\u00f1amos t\u00e9cnicas de repique y cada estudiante trasplant\u00f3 su propia especie en maceteros hechos con botellas recicladas. La idea es promover la ocupaci\u00f3n activa del lugar, impulsando actividades recreativas, culturales y comunitarias que permitan fortalecer el v\u00ednculo entre la ciudadan\u00eda y el r\u00edo. Esta mesa busca, adem\u00e1s, empoderar a las comunidades aleda\u00f1as respecto del enorme potencial de la ribera, especialmente en un momento clave en que avanzamos hacia el desarrollo del futuro parque.<\/p><p data-start=\"6666\" data-end=\"7082\">Paralelamente, ya se encuentra en su fase final la etapa preliminar de la <strong data-start=\"6740\" data-end=\"6761\">obra de confianza<\/strong>, la cual esperamos comenzar a construir durante el verano.
